1. Cancellation by Guest

• Standard Day Trips: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip starts. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
• Multi-day Trekking: Cancellations made 7 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 7 days, the payment is non-refundable due to pre-booked equipment and logistics.

2. Cancellation by Us

In the event of severe weather conditions or safety concerns, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

3. No-Shows

Failing to arrive at the designated pickup point or time without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation with 0% refund.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
